Savaiya - Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji a devotee is able to gain the four greatest virtues of Dharam (Religious action), Arth (Acquisition of wealth and worldly possessions), Kama (fulfillment and enjoyment of desires) and Moksh (liberation from the cycle of birth and death) from your holy feet. Your feet is the sanctuary from where deliberation takes place and one is able to propagate the radiance of knowledge within. Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji was the great being who manifested upon earth for the assistance of others and forever granted a feeling of peace. Those people who are able to propagate the feet of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji within their heart will be able to eradicate their ignorance and safely swim across this worldly ocean to liberation. The feet of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji are able to eradicate the sins of an individual, the pain and suffering of Kaljug (the current age of ignorance) and the noose of death from the angel of death (Jamdoot). Bhai Santokh Singh Ji says that if a person is to have all of the good virtues similar to a lotus blossom (This metaphor is given as a lotus blossom remains in the dirt but unaffected by its surroundings and focuses totally on the beauty of the lotus, a Sikh should be untouched by the surroundings and focus on the Guru) then only can they propagate and gain the praise for the holy feet of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. 6.

Time & again u r proving that u r an rss agent. U take pride in those pre 1925 era Mahants who would cast a lustful eye on women coming to Gurudwara(read temple coz of the idols that were worshipped by idiots like u). Vedas r meant to be respected by a Gursikh the same way the Quran is respected. But a Gursikh doesn't follow them completely.the gurbani also talks of Quran but u never state anything from it, let alone praising it like vedas.U r anti Islamic(read RSS agent) & by no means a Guru ka Sikh. u can be a sikh of some dera or dal. ReplyDeletethe quran and vedas were used to teach the illiterate people of the time who for centuries and generations had been destroyed by hindu society. it was a time when the caste system was winning and people accepted inequality as a form of caste. guru nanak could never explain concepts such as the big bang, the formation of humans, evolution of primates or even the ego centered personality disorder ALL human beings are born with as per sigmund freud who is the father of psychology. even american ideals of free religion and equality which we take for granted were foriegn concepts to indians during those days. the guru used literary tools like personification to explain and teach people who today would have been self educated and able to understand these concepts without those means. when the guru said that god created the known universe with one word he was describing the big bang to those illiterate village dwellers. guru nanak completely rejected religion and all other ways of life at the time because they fed the ego and promoted self-indulgence. he told his followers that god told him to put people on the right path. this means that to show them to give up religion and accept a way of life that was equal fair and loving to EVERY HUMAN BEING.

1. You claim Guru Nanakdevji rejected religion - this is a total myth created by ignorant idiots. If he rejected religion then why would he go about praising the names of Vishnu, Vithal, Rama, Hari etc? Are you that illiterate & foolish that without even studying his writings or Gurubanis, you claim such absurdities on the net even?
2. At the time of his Udasis, Guru Nanak had no followers at all & Sikhi was not even established as a separate panth but was the mainstream Hindu Dharma in Punjab following the Vaishnav Bhakti movement that was taking the whole of India like a storm at the time. This was to keep the people's hopes up during turmoil of Islamic invasions. Now the illiterate people came about thanks to the Islamic invasions & Hindu genocides created by Islam - tyrants like Mahmud Ghazni repeatedly desecrated Hindu shrines, looted & plundered most of Punjab even. Places of learning were destroyed by these Islamists so of course then illiteracy was the order of the day amongst such chaos.Prior to this period, India had been the centre of the world's most advanced & educated peoples where even Pythagoras came to learn Maths, Vedas & Music from the renowned Rishis. The entire world's civilisation owes so much to Hindu India thanks to the remarkable science, maths, astronomy etc
3. The word Caste is foreign to Hindu thought. If the Gurusahibaans wanted to abolish 'caste' in Punjab then why did they not marry outside their own in the first place? Even their own children married in the same 'castes' as the Gurus.
I suggest you go back to school & educate yourself & do some of your own research about the lives of the Hindu Gurusahibaans as they were not Sikhs as such but were Hindu Punjabis who followed Vaishnav vedanta.

DeleteI'm trying to understand what it is you are trying to say here. Firstly let me inform you that there is no 'corrupt form of Brahminism' as you have put it. This notion of Brahminism & Brahminical Vedas, Brahminical Gods etc etc are all ideas & myths put to us by the Christian Missionaries. Go through the blog & read up on the roots of anti-Hinduism & anti-Brahminism. Secondly, I am a Sanatan Sikh, so what is there to leave in the first place? Parameshvara & Akal Purakh are mentioned in the Mahabharat by Shri VedVyasji who mentions how Vishnu is created, while from Brahma's forehead springs out the Akal Purush - Shiva, Mahesh or Mahakaal Akaal Purush. What is there that is not mentioned by Guru NanakDevji which is already mentioned in Hindu scriptures?
